St Peter’s College, an independent Anglican Diocesan school offering education from Grade 8 to Grade 12, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Manager to join their team. The college aims to foster individual potential through a broad range of academic, spiritual, cultural, and community activities in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the non-teaching aspects of the school, including:
-
Finances, Information Technology, Marketing
-
Campus Development, Human Resources, Operations
-
Facilities Management, Audit Liaison
-
Policy Optimization, Compliance, Legal Matters
-
Risk Management, Internal Controls, Office Support Management
-
-
Collaborate with the school’s executive team to ensure optimal support and enhancement of teaching and learning.

Lead strategic planning and be hands-on in executing day-to-day operations.
-
Manage multiple demands and priorities, often outside regular working hours.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, including child safeguarding and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
-
A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
-
5-10 years of senior managerial or executive-level experience.
-
Proven experience in managing finances, operations, HR, and IT in an organization.
-
Experience in reporting to a board of directors is preferred.
-
Experience in a school environment is advantageous.
-
Successful clearance from credit, criminal, child safeguarding, and sex offender checks.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a dynamic management team.

Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).

Strong business judgment, detail orientation, and process-driven approach.
