The HESTO Harnesses Graduate in Training Programme is a structured 24-month internship designed for HR graduates to gain practical experience in Organisational Design & Development.
You’ll work under experienced professionals and rotate across departments to build real-world skills.
🔄 What You’ll Do
- Work within the Organisational Design & Development department
- Support HR processes and administrative tasks
- Assist with organisational improvement initiatives
- Participate in performance reviews and assessments
- Gain exposure through structured training and rotations
🧠 Minimum Requirements
✔️ Degree in:
- BCom Human Resources Management (Essential)
- Bachelor of HR Management (Essential)
- HR Development (Advantage)
✔️ Minimum 60% average
✔️ Completed qualification
✔️ No outstanding tuition fees
✔️ No previous internship/graduate programme experience
✔️ No criminal record
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ South African citizen
✔️ Must be 18+
