🎯 Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to:
- Support Project Managers
- Monitor and track project performance
- Ensure projects run efficiently
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with project tracking and monitoring
- Help develop and improve policies and procedures
- Report on project performance
- Identify and escalate performance issues or risks
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education:
- 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management
✔️ Advantage:
- Certification in Project Management or Business Administration
Experience:
- 2 – 3 years experience in a project management environment
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
