🎯 Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to:

  • Support Project Managers
  • Monitor and track project performance
  • Ensure projects run efficiently

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with project tracking and monitoring
  • Help develop and improve policies and procedures
  • Report on project performance
  • Identify and escalate performance issues or risks

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management

✔️ Advantage:

  • Certification in Project Management or Business Administration

Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years experience in a project management environment
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
