- Assist in the administration of Social Grants at the Local Office level.
- Screen grant applications effectively.
- Capture applications on the system.
- Provide customer care and process related customer inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and other grant administration functions.
4. Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Computer Literacy is essential for the role.
