South African citizen (by birth/naturalization) or permanent resident
Graduates from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania may apply for local programmes in their countries
Aged 26 or younger
0–2 years post-study work experience
Minimum 65% aggregate in final or most recent academic results
Must hold a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) – NQF 7
A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) is accepted only in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology

A 12-month fixed-term contract offering structured workplace experience and training. Interns may progress to Vodacom’s Graduate Programme or permanent roles.
