This internship is based in Pretoria West within the company’s Milling division, and offers a solid foundation in HR with hands-on experience in coordinating and supporting L&D initiatives.

As a Learning and Development Intern, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the L&D team, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and employee development sessions.

Capturing and maintaining training data in the HR Manage system.
Coordinating training sessions, including scheduling for facilitators and delegates.
Preparing training materials and documentation.
Sending out and collecting training evaluations.
Managing training stock and supplies.
Liaising with training suppliers and participants.
Assisting with audit preparation and reporting on training activities.
Supporting general administrative tasks within the L&D department.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A valid Code EB driver’s licence (light motor vehicles).
