Key Responsibilities

• As a Sales Excellence Intern, you will work with senior professionals to support Microsoft’s sales transformation through the following:

1. Consumption Management

• Analyze customer usage and churn metrics
• Assist in retention and growth strategy implementation

2. Sales Support

• Generate reports for forecasting and pipeline tracking
• Participate in Sales Operations Planning (SOP) execution

3. Insights & New Capabilities

• Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support decision-making

4. Partner Management

• Ensure data quality and support quota setting
• Help with partner segmentation and co-selling initiatives

5. Sales Operations

• Learn local fiscal year planning
• Support account and risk management processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
