The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites eligible and previously disadvantaged non-principal property practitioners (NPPP) to apply for the PPRA Principalisation Programme 2025. This developmental initiative aims to appoint 27 candidates and equip them with the training and mentorship required to become principal property practitioners.
🏡 About the Programme
The programme supports transformation in the real estate sector by preparing qualified candidates to complete the Professional Designation Examination (PDE) Level 5. Participants will undergo structured training, mentoring, and workplace development to qualify for principal status within the industry.
✅ Key Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification

NQF Level 4 and 5 qualifications in property or related fields

PPRA Education Exemption Letter confirming eligibility

PDE Level 4 competency certificate
-
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for 2025

Letter confirming employment from current employer
-
Letter of Competency for the Logbook/Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)
