The successful candidates will provide both remote and on-site IT support across the company’s Distribution Centres (DCs) and retail stores nationwide.

📌 Key Responsibilities

User Support: Deliver on-site and remote support to employees at Head Office, DCs, and retail branches.

Network Monitoring: Perform first-line diagnostics and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate vendors or specialists.

Device Provisioning: Configure and deploy devices such as laptops, PCs, and mobile phones.

System/Hardware Support: Troubleshoot system access and hardware/network issues.

Software Deployment: Roll out updates and patches for business applications.

Asset Management: Track and document the issuance and return of IT assets.

Vendor Management: Escalate issues to third-party service providers and follow up per SLA timelines.

Certifications:

CompTIA A+

MCSE (or equivalent)

Experience:

1–2 years in a similar IT support role

Technical Skills:

Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11) and Windows Server (2003–2022)

Networking: LAN, WAN, WLAN; switches, firewalls, APs

VMware and virtualization experience

Advantage: Unix/Linux knowledge

Valid Driver’s License
