🛒 Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor and via telephone

Understand and attend to each customer’s unique needs

Demonstrate and advise on products, pricing, and warranties

Drive add-on sales and promote in-store services

Ensure products are priced and displayed correctly

Execute promotions on time and ensure eye-catching displays

Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards

Participate in stock takes, stock counts, and reporting on best/worst sellers

Minimize stock loss and expenses

Protect company assets and uphold security measures

Adapt to new SOPs and technologies

Cooperate fully with senior management and training initiatives
📌 Entry Requirements

Matric Certificate
-
At least 6 months of retail experience
-
Own or reliable transport (must be able to work shifts)
