Provide first-line IT support to users

Log and track incidents via the Service Desk system

Install & maintain desktop and laptop computers and peripherals

Support video conferencing tools and boardroom IT equipment

Maintain server rooms and IT storerooms per safety standards

Update and track IT asset registers (hardware/software)

Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance
✅ Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

IT Qualification: Higher Certificate / Occupational Certificate (NQF Level 5) / A+ / N+

At least 6 months of internship experience in an IT environment

Valid driver’s license and own transport
