🎯 Job Purpose
To deliver efficient customer service, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, manage merchandising, and maintain store standards—ensuring a positive customer experience.
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Process sales and handle POS transactions accurately

Promote & enroll new Clicks ClubCard members

Promote in-store specials and product offers

Assist with merchandising, stock control, and housekeeping

Provide excellent customer service as a brand ambassador

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and events
🧠 Knowledge & Skills Needed

Retail or FMCG experience is desirable

Understanding of stock management and merchandising

Basic maths and numeracy skills
