💼 Purpose of the Role
As a Cellular Consultant 2IC, your primary goal is to provide customers with exceptional service and assist them in selecting the best cellular products and contracts. You’ll also help drive the unit’s profitability through expert sales, contract management, and customer engagement.

✅ Minimum Requirements
Education:

Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
Experience:

1–2 years in a retail sales environment

Experience in contract-based products/services (advantageous)
Skills & Systems Knowledge:

Microsoft Office
-
Excellent verbal & written communication
-
Risk management and customer service understanding

Familiarity with systems like:

SAP
