Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate in Training, you will be expected to:

Conduct Laboratory Testing & Analysis
Assist in mechanical, chemical, and metallurgical testing of stainless steel and other materials. -
Data Collection & Reporting
Collect and compile test data, generate reports, and present findings to senior staff. -
Support Research & Development
Participate in R&D projects aimed at enhancing materials and production methods. -
Collaborate Across Departments
Work with production, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure alignment of lab results with operational standards. -
