Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Cleaner X8 position is to maintain cleanliness, safety, and the overall upkeep of designated areas at Necsa’s site. The role involves cleaning services as per Necsa and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.
Key Performance Areas:

Perform general cleaning of all office facilities.

Clean, stock, and supply designated areas within the facility.
-
Duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.

Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
-
Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
-
Notify management of any deficiencies or required repairs.
-
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
-
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special or ad-hoc cleaning projects.
-
Ensure SHEQ compliance, including Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and worker safety.
Job Requirements:
Key Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
-
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 10 (or equivalent).

Proven experience in a similar role (cleaning and maintenance).
