Duties & Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery: Plan, organize, and implement appropriate instructional programs for high school students.

Assessment & Reporting: Deliver future-focused education that motivates and challenges students to achieve their academic potential.

Student Behaviour Management: Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and discipline.

School Brand Ambassadorship: Represent and uphold the values and image of Pinnacle College.

Collaboration: Maintain constructive, ongoing relationships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and the broader community.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with all members of the learning community, maintaining respect and openness.

Administrative Responsibilities: Fulfill administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation.

Health & Safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed in the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Degree (NQF Level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed. (FET) with specialization in Accounting.

SACE Certification and Police Clearance are required.
-
2-5 years of teaching experience in high school, particularly in Accounting.
-
Computer and digital literacy is essential.
-
First Aid certification is beneficial.
