Job Purpose:
The Career Centre Intern will assist the Career Services Manager with the placement of graduates and support the planning and execution of various events organized by the Career Services Centre. This internship will provide hands-on experience in career services, graduate placement, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns: Run e-mailer campaigns to communicate with graduates.

Job Matching: Match graduate CVs with job descriptions and company specifications.

Employer Coordination: Arrange interviews, follow-ups with both graduates and employers, ensuring successful integration into employment.

Database Management: Maintain and update the graduate database with employment details (e.g., position, salary).

Report Generation: Prepare statistical reports on graduate success and workshop outcomes.

Event Planning: Assist in the organization of career-related events like job shadowing, internships, workshops, and exhibitions.

Graduate Support: Provide career coaching and ensure graduates are prepared for employment.

Logistics: Handle logistics for career events, including booking rooms, arranging equipment, and coordinating catering.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant Qualification: A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
