1. Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2026
This is a permanent employment opportunity that includes a 2-year structured development journey. It offers on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business environments. Successful graduates are placed in permanent roles within Vodacom, with opportunities for international assignments across the Vodacom/Vodafone markets.
Minimum Requirements

South African citizen (by birth or naturalization) or permanent resident

Applicants from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania may apply for their local Vodacom/Vodafone programmes

Aged 26 or younger

0–2 years post-study work experience

Minimum 65% aggregate for final or most recent academic results

Minimum B-Degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7)

2. Vodacom Internship Programme 2026
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract providing valuable workplace experience and training. It is designed as a pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or other permanent employment roles.
