Job Description

Pepkor Speciality is offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join the Training and Development team as part of a 12-month internship. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and training administration within a fast-paced retail environment.


Qualifications

  • BTech/Advanced Diploma in:

    • Human Resource Management

    • Office Administration

  • Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification is essential

  • Must have completed and graduated with the relevant qualification

  • Applicants must not be a current beneficiary of any SETA-related programme


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English)

  • MS Office proficiency required (Google Suite is advantageous)

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work with urgency

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and following up on tasks

  • Systematic, thorough, and adaptable

  • Eager to learn and contribute to the HR training environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration related to Training and Development activities

  • Provide support in coordinating, planning, and following up on Learnerships

  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects

  • Compile and support the generation of monthly reports
