About the Programme
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a two-year structured and intensive development experience. It is designed to attract graduates with leadership potential, and equip them with technical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to take on critical roles in the business.
Mechanical Engineering graduates will gain experience in operations, production, and supply chain environments, working alongside Tiger Brands professionals to solve real-world challenges in a high-paced FMCG company.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Relevant Qualification:

BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 65% average in your final year
-
Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution

South African citizen
-
Valid driver’s license
-
No more than 1 year of full-time work experience in your field (excluding internships)

Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Strong leadership and teamwork potential

Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Willingness to relocate for rotations during the programme
