The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a structured 24-month graduate experience that equips talented, ambitious graduates with the practical skills, business exposure, and leadership tools needed to become future leaders in Africa’s largest listed FMCG company.
This programme is designed to develop professionals in Corporate Affairs, where communication, brand representation, stakeholder engagement, and corporate strategy are critical to business success.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Relevant Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

Business Management

Enterprise Development

Journalism
✅ Additional Criteria:

Minimum 65% academic average
-
Must be a South African citizen
-
Recent graduate with no more than 1 year full-time work experience in the field (excluding internships)

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)

Strong leadership potential and teamwork capabilities

Willingness to relocate for different rotations during the programme

Strong written and verbal communication skills
