About the Programme

The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 2-year development experience aimed at cultivating young, talented graduates into future business leaders within the FMCG sector.

FLDPs are placed into business-critical areas and rotate across key departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain—from procurement to distribution.

This opportunity is tailored for those with a passion for logistics, inventory control, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced commercial environment.


Who Should Apply?

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have a strong interest in supply chain operations and optimisation

  • Are eager to join a well-established FMCG leader

  • Have recently graduated (or are finishing) your degree in Supply Chain or Logistics

  • Are flexible to relocate across different Tiger Brands locations during the programme


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications Accepted:

  • BCom Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 65% academic average

  • South African citizenship

  • Graduated recently or completing studies in 2025

  • No full-time work experience exceeding one year (excluding internships)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Word and Excel

  • Willing to relocate as required
