The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 2-year development experience aimed at cultivating young, talented graduates into future business leaders within the FMCG sector.
FLDPs are placed into business-critical areas and rotate across key departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain—from procurement to distribution.
This opportunity is tailored for those with a passion for logistics, inventory control, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Qualifications Accepted:

BCom Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 65% academic average

South African citizenship

Graduated recently or completing studies in 2025

No full-time work experience exceeding one year (excluding internships)

Valid driver’s license

Computer literacy, especially in MS Word and Excel

Willing to relocate as required
