DUTIES:
-
Plan and independently conduct substantive inspections to ensure compliance with the BCEA, Sectoral Determinations, and the National Minimum Wage Act (NMWA).

Plan and execute investigations on reported cases relating to contraventions of BCEA, SDs, and NMWA, enforcing legislation as necessary.
-
Plan and conduct structured advocacy sessions on BCEA, SDs, and NMWA; analyse the impact and compile related reports.
-
Contribute to the planning, drafting, and maintenance of regional inspection plans at a higher level.
