DUTIES:
-
Receive and assess all Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims on the relevant systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Register employers and verify employee declarations as per legislative prescripts

Process and execute payments of approved claims within set timeframes
-
Attend to enquiries regarding processed claims or related matters
-
Perform general administrative duties within the section
