POST 25/22: EXAMINATION OFFICERS (X7 POSTS)

SALARY: R325 101 per annum (Level 07)

Qualifications:
- Recognised National Diploma (NQF 6) in Education, Administration, or equivalent
Experience:
- 2–3 years in:
  - Examination services
  - Teaching and learning environment
  - Related field
Knowledge & Competencies:
- White Paper on Post-School Education and Training (PSET)
- Public TVET sector regulatory and legislative framework
- Higher Education sector understanding
- Systems: COLTECH, TVETMIS, ITS
- Practice notes and national/provincial policy frameworks
- Skills Development Act
- Public Service Act & Regulations
- Labour Relations Act

Coordinate internal and external examination and assessment services
Coordinate and conduct training for Invigilators, Markers, and Data Capturers
Facilitate and serve as Secretariat for the campus Examination and Irregularity Committee
Process and issue certificates
Provide administrative support for the examination unit
Supervise staff
Perform any other duties related to the post
