Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/NQF 4 Equivalent

  • 2+ years in a receptionist environment

  • MS Office Certificate (advantageous)

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to operate internal/external phone and communication systems


🧾 Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Reception & Visitor Management

  • Answer calls professionally and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Ensure visitors are attended to by staff and not left unattended

  • Conduct safety inductions for visitors before site access

  • Manage Boardroom calendars and coordinate site meetings

  • Oversee visitor and new employee safety inductions

Parcel & Inventory Management

  • Sign and manage overnight express parcels/bags

  • Monitor PPE and stationery stock levels and alert Senior Buyer when stock is low

  • Create workflows for consumables management

Coordination Tasks

  • Coordinate weekend meals for production staff

  • Arrange meeting meals upon request

  • Execute other administrative tasks as instructed by the management team
