✅ Minimum Requirements:

Matric/NQF 4 Equivalent

2+ years in a receptionist environment

MS Office Certificate (advantageous)

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

Ability to operate internal/external phone and communication systems
🧾 Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception & Visitor Management
-
Answer calls professionally and efficiently
-
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-
Ensure visitors are attended to by staff and not left unattended
-
Conduct safety inductions for visitors before site access
-
Manage Boardroom calendars and coordinate site meetings
-
Oversee visitor and new employee safety inductions
Parcel & Inventory Management
-
Sign and manage overnight express parcels/bags
-
Monitor PPE and stationery stock levels and alert Senior Buyer when stock is low
-
Create workflows for consumables management
Coordination Tasks
-
Coordinate weekend meals for production staff
-
Arrange meeting meals upon request
-
Execute other administrative tasks as instructed by the management team
