🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities:
SAP HCM Monthly Maintenance Life Cycle:
-
Assist the Support Team in resolving HR-related requests for different modules (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Learning, etc.) across RCL Foods’ business units.
-
Coordinate and lead monthly system maintenance, including helpdesk tickets, problem analysis, root cause analysis, solution implementation, and system updates.
-
Collaborate with business owners and specialist users to prioritize system maintenance tasks.
External Services Management:
-
Monitor and ensure alignment of external service providers based on contract agreements.
-
Build and maintain healthy relationships with service providers and ensure timely payments as per approved purchase orders.
Technical Expertise & Best Practices:
-
Provide ongoing advice on best practices for continuous improvement of business systems and applications.
-
Develop specialist knowledge in HR systems and identify opportunities for optimal solutions.
System Opportunity Identification:
-
Work with the Applications Manager to identify IT application solutions addressing HR requirements (Organizational Management, Payroll, Time and Attendance, etc.).

Quantify savings and efficiencies related to opportunities and document business cases.
Application Development & Implementation:
-
Act as a liaison between the business and technical consultants to implement system enhancements.
-
Assist with requirements analysis, business case calculations, and project planning.
-
Ensure full documentation (functional specifications, business process flows, training materials) is compiled and stored.
System Auditing & Compliance:
-
Conduct system compliance audits for HR systems, ensuring that users adhere to internal audit and governance controls.

Work closely with the GRC team to maintain user profiles in SAP, ensuring compliance with risk and audit standards.
Reporting & Integration Coordination:
-
Analyze requirements and create functional specifications for report development.
-
Collaborate with the Data Insights team to ensure the correct flow of data from ERP systems to BI platforms.

Support the technical and BI teams with data modeling and architecture design for effective reporting.
Teamwork & Self-Management:

Work closely with super users and business representatives to ensure alignment on HR processes.

Take ownership of tasks, manage priorities effectively, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
