Job Description

The Payroll Analytics Intern will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and must be able to multitask, prioritize, and function effectively in a diverse team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new Payroll MIS (Management Information System) reports

  • Manage user access: granting, revoking, and maintaining permissions

  • Test newly developed reports and processes for accuracy

  • Support SharePoint development for Payroll MIS

  • Manage and maintain DocuSign processes

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Degree: BSc in IT or any other quantitative discipline

Experience (advantageous but not mandatory):

  • MSSQL

  • Advanced MS Excel


INSETA Internship Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify, candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen

  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35

  • Not have previously participated in any INSETA internship or learnership

  • Be unemployed for the past 2 months
