As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you’ll assist customers with FTTH (Fibre to the Home) queries and play a key role in resolving connectivity issues. Your dedication and problem-solving skills will help ensure customer satisfaction and a professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in on-the-job training

Assist customers with FTTH technical queries and service requests

Deliver first-line technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems
