Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of data analysis techniques and a strong desire to grow within the field of analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Collect data from various sources.

Data Cleaning and Preparation: Filter the data, handle missing values, and prepare the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy.

Data Exploration and Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identify patterns, relationships, and trends.

Streamlining Data Collection Methods: Create automated and easy-to-use routines for data collection.

Database Design and Maintenance: Design, maintain, and monitor databases and data systems, addressing errors and ensuring performance.

Analysis and Reporting: Analyze collected data, prepare reports, and format data appropriately for analysis.

Preparation of Analytical Reports: Compile data findings into comprehensive reports for decision-making.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
