The IDC Internship Programme offers a structured and supervised 24-month workplace experience, designed to:

Minimum Requirements
✅ South African citizenship
✅ Aged below 35 years
✅ Completed BCom in Accounting or Financial Management (Management Accounting specialization)
✅ Not currently enrolled in any academic institution
✅ No prior participation in another internship or learnership
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✅ Willing to undergo:
