Role Overview: Deputy Head of House (Goss)
The Deputy Head of House is a pivotal member of the College’s pastoral team, supporting the Head of House in overseeing the welfare of all pupils. This role involves promoting student welfare, assisting in house management, and stepping in for the Head of House when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and improve the welfare standards of all students within the house.

Support the Head of House in daily operations and decision-making.

Fill in for the Head of House during their absence.

Pursue opportunities for personal growth and training relevant to the role.

Handle administrative duties related to leave requests, board well-being, communication, and house meetings as directed.
Requirements

Passion for student pastoral care and development.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in a leadership or pastoral role within an educational environment preferred.
