Areas of Exposure

Engage with customers to compile action plans and coordinate arrangements for events

Communicate plans through to business unit properties

Coordinate and communicate logistics for appointments, site visits, meetings, presentations, and events

Follow up with clients/customers regarding satisfaction and future business opportunities

Make bookings and reservations, recording accurate customer profiles

Communicate relevant details with customers and stakeholders
Requirements

Grade 12

Studying towards a Marketing qualification

Internship must be a requirement to complete qualification
