Job Description & Key Duties

Place local and imported paper orders; coordinate shipments from origin to destination

Clear imported shipments and verify paper receipts in financial systems daily
-
Manage inter-company transactions
-
Provide quality service to internal/external customers and suppliers
-
Prepare daily, month-end, and ad-hoc reports
-
Maintain electronic records for audit and enquiry purposes
-
Update financial systems and Excel reporting tools
-
Stay updated on Government Policies, Tariffs, and Accounting Standards

Continuously improve reporting methods
Educational & Experience Requirements
-
Grade 12 with mathematics and accounting (required)
-
Financial certificate/diploma (advantageous)
-
2-3 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing
-
Experience with imports, exports, and foreign exchange
Skills & Competencies

Accurate and timely reporting

Basic accounting and shipping documentation knowledge (Incoterms)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure

Strong MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong mathematical, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with accounting/manufacturing software
