Reddam House Waterfall is a co-educational, non-denominational school offering education from 1 year old through to Grade 12. Role Summary
As Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the school, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development within the global Inspired Education network.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals

Maintain a tidy and professional reception area

Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward them via email

Forward general reception emails to relevant staff members

Sign for deliveries and distribute mail

Receive prospective students, parents, and staff

Maintain up-to-date emergency contact procedures in the Reception File

Assist with school PR events such as open days and information sessions

Print, email, or type documents and educational materials as needed

Update and generate class lists at the start of each term

Maintain up-to-date student and parent contact records
Requirements

Confidence using IT systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent administrative abilities

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is advantageous
