Thomas More College invites applications for the position of Grade 0000 Class Teacher & Grade Head in the Thom Teenies Crèche.
Minimum Requirements & Duties:

A 4-year ECD teaching degree and/or PGCE with full SACE registration
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching in a Pre-School/ECD environment

Commitment to the Christian ethos of the school

A warm, nurturing disposition and proven teamwork ability

Full responsibility for duties associated with teaching the Grade 0000 (3-year-old) class, including aftercare and meetings

Ability to design and implement an academic framework that promotes effective play-based learning and early years development
-
Lead by example through conduct and teaching excellence
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff and parents

Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to integrate technology into both teaching and administrative tasks

Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and EdAdmin
-
Creative problem-solving and innovation in early childhood education
