Key Responsibilities:

Support improvement, maintenance, and monitoring of ISO45001 management systems and SOPs
-
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
-
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; produce reports and action plans
-
Monitor fire extinguishers and first aid boxes for compliance
-
Schedule and conduct emergency response drills
-
Participate in incident investigations and compile reports
-
Manage HSE noticeboards and attend statutory HSE meetings (take minutes)

Assist in driving Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12 certificate
-
Diploma in Health & Safety or currently studying towards one
-
SAMTRAC certification (advantageous)

Skills in administration, compliance, project management, reporting

Good communication and teamwork skills
