Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

5+ years managerial and operational experience, preferably gained within the apparel retail sector

Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team

Strong financial acumen with a solid background in bookkeeping and proficient in Pastel accounting software

Overall responsibility for the financial performance of the Kit and Clothing

In-depth understanding of retail buying and merchandising, with a sound knowledge of fabrics and textiles

Proven ability to source, purchase, and brand apparel for school uniforms, tours, supporter clothing, and memorabilia

Skilled in inventory management, including stock control, quality assurance, and managing ordering lead times

Technologically proficient, with strong computer literacy across various applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric and approachable demeanour

Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
-
Flexible with respect to hours of work/weekend work
