The successful applicant will be required to:

Manage all operational and logistical functions necessary for the smooth running of the College

Manage and communicate the College’s annual, termly, and daily planning
-
Oversee and implement all aspects of staff and pupil discipline
-
Oversee the implementation of the Co-Curricular programme and related awards policies
-
Compile and submit all UMALUSI, IQAA, DBE, and ISASA returns for the College
-
Manage a team of co-curricular, administrative, and auxiliary staff
-
Lead staff as part of the Executive team of the College and serve on committees as delegated by the Head
-
Undertake regular community engagement with various stakeholders
-
Liaise with the Group Facilities and Group Estate Manager and with outside service providers regarding the maintenance, upkeep, and safety of the College facilities

Oversee school transport schedules and administration
The requirements for this position are as follows:

Appropriate university degree and professional qualification
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position within a schooling environment
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting skills
-
Willingness to participate fully in the life of the College and extra-mural activities
-
SACE registration
