Key Responsibilities Include:
Repair and Maintenance:

Fixing minor plumbing issues (leaky faucets, clogged drains)

Handling basic electrical repairs (replacing outlets or light fixtures)

Repairing or replacing drywall and addressing other general maintenance needs
Carpentry:

Assembling furniture

Building or repairing wooden structures like decks or fences

Installing shelves and fixing damaged woodwork
Painting:

Preparing surfaces
-
Applying paint and filling gaps or cracks in walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
Installation:

Installing fixtures like ceiling fans, light fixtures, bathroom accessories, and various hardware
Cleaning and Upkeep:

Maintaining cleanliness in work areas

Performing landscaping tasks and ensuring the general upkeep of properties
Assessment and Reporting:

Identifying potential issues

Assessing the scope of work

Reporting maintenance needs to supervisors or clients
Customer Service:

Interacting with clients, providing estimates, and ensuring their needs are met
