Job Description
St Stithians Girls’ College invites applications for a part-time Netball Coach position available from January 2026. The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract based on coaching level and experience.
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years’ coaching experience
-
High-level personal netball experience at school, university, and/or club level
-
Leadership experience (advantageous)
-
Ability to assist with the Athletic Development and Physical Education Programme
-
Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Commitment to professional development, inclusiveness, and diversity

Alignment with the school’s holistic educational and pastoral approach
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Valid sexual offender’s clearance certificate (required before employment)
Role Responsibilities
-
Attend all Girls’ College netball team practices
-
Attend tournaments and festivals on weekends
-
Hold minimum Level 1 Netball Coaching qualification

Possess or be willing to obtain an Umpire’s grading (recommended)

Demonstrated netball coaching experience at school/senior level
