Minimum Requirements:

NQF Level 6 in Accounting or Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Accounts Payable: invoice capturing, payment proposals, reconciliations

Assist with Accounts Receivable: debt collection, invoice management

Support Asset Management: verification, tagging, write-offs

Handle general admin: audit prep, meeting minutes, stakeholder communication

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or equivalent

Respond to SMME queries and maintain registers

Support transformation reporting and attend stakeholder meetings

Assist with tender info collection and administrative tasks
