🎯 Internship Objective
This internship aims to provide practical work-based experience in administrative support within a centralized Project Team. Interns will assist in managing documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination—helping ensure the success of SANRAL’s operations and maintenance projects.
✅ Minimum Requirements

NQF Level 6 qualification in Office Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

No previous participation in any SANRAL internship programme
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
-
Attend office and off-site meetings, take accurate minutes
-
Assist in compiling and editing tender documents
-
Coordinate tender meetings and prepare related materials
-
Upload and manage project documents and drawings using EDMS
-
Assist with variation orders, audit preparations, statutory control, and reporting
General Administration
-
Coordinate travel and logistics for meetings and projects
-
Assist with public queries and support absent project assistants
-
Handle statutory documentation filing

Support planning and strategic reporting on the regional network
Communication

Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Respond to public and project-related queries

Liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Support internal communications and document handling
