Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

  • Experience or knowledge in admin/secretariat duties

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work under pressure and after hours


📋 Duties:

  • Serve as secretary/admin support to the Director

  • Answer and screen telephone calls

  • Handle all admin-related functions of the Director

  • Type memorandums, presentations

  • Manage filing system and electronic tracking

  • Maintain diary, make appointments, handle travel and accommodation

  • Submit travel claims, record minutes, manage document flow
