Position Overview
The Ridge School seeks to appoint an outstanding Foundation Phase teacher who is passionate about educating young boys using a boy-centred, innovative approach. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, strong pastoral care, and relationship-building in line with the school’s values.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate, stimulating lessons

Use differentiated teaching methods to support diverse learning needs

Ensure both academic and pastoral development of each learner

Engage actively in the school’s extra-mural programme
-
Maintain effective administrative practices in planning and reporting
-
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teaching team
-
Build strong relationships with parents for the benefit of learners
Experience & Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years’ Foundation Phase teaching experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution
-
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
-
SACE registration required
