Junior IT Technician

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Help Desk support and resolve IT issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

  • Support network maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

  • Document problems and solutions accurately.

  • Collaborate with senior IT staff.

  • Keep updated on new tech and best practices through training.


🔧 Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer service oriented, patient, and helpful.

  • Well-organized with good multitasking ability.

  • Team player with attention to detail.
