Uplands seeks to appoint in Human Resources a candidate with strong administrative skills, characterised by exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
The successful applicant will:

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Capital Management, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology

Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Human Capital/HR environment (experience within an educational setting will be an advantage)

Be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Be adept at handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Possess a sound understanding of South African labour legislation and human capital best practices
Responsibilities:

Coordination of employee wellness and support initiatives
