Core Purpose:
The YES Programme offers learner placements in the Group Shared Services delivery unit, providing an opportunity for young South Africans to work in a dynamic engineering environment. The programme is designed to help participants gain practical experience, earn a salary, and develop the skills required for sustainable employment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12

NDiploma/Degree in Business Admin/Project/IT/Finance OR Supply Chain Management
Additional Requirements:

Must be a South African Citizen (born in South Africa)

Aged between 18 to 35

Unemployed and available to be employed on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract

Not a previous YES beneficiary

PC Literate
