Job Purpose:
Assist management in daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service and upholding all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest standard of Adidas customer service to every shopper

Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks
-
Assist with ticketing products and verifying stock against delivery paperwork
-
Support product movement from stockroom to sales floor
-
Assist in setting up merchandise displays as guided by store management
-
Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring compliance with policies
-
Use selling techniques such as upselling and providing technical product details to customers
-
Greet customers, assist with product selection, and occasionally serve as a store greeter

Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store

Skills & Experience:

Previous fashion retail experience advantageous but not essential

Minimum Requirements:
