Role Summary:
The Early Learning Teacher Assistant will adopt a holistic approach to supporting students, promoting their general progress and well-being. The role involves assisting the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging learning environment where students are motivated to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in a nurturing learning environment that promotes engaged and active learning

Demonstrate professionalism regarding punctuality, behavior, and work standards

Continuously evaluate, reflect on, and refine classroom practices

Develop and enhance your role in the class through ongoing self-improvement

Attend school events and special occasions as required by the Head of School

Perform any additional tasks as directed by the School Head
